Fill The Fence Toy Drive Expands To N.C.

The holiday season is upon us, and for the fourth year, Feed the Need Foundation is excited to launch its Fill the Fence annual toy drive to bring holiday magic to children across Rockbridge County.

This initiative supports local families in need by collecting new, unwrapped toys for children from birth through 18 years old (still in school). “With your support, we can ensure that more children experience the warmth and joy of the season,” said Kathy Larlee, chair of the Foundation.

Families in need of assistance are encouraged to fill out an assistance request form, available on the website at https://feedtheneedfoundation. org. “This helps us directly connect with families and ensure each child receives a gift this holiday season,” said Larlee.

“This year, we’re also extending our reach to help 26 families in North Carolina who have recently faced significant hardships,” continued Larlee. “We invite community members to make a difference by adopting a child or family and fulfilling holiday wish lists to bring hope to these families.”

If you would like to adopt a child or family in North Carolina or have any questions, contact Larlee at kelarlee@ feedtheneedfoundation.org or (540) 466-0571.
