Hubbard Honored

At the recent 98th birthday party for Nadine C. Hubbard (seated) of Natural Bridge, Judge Johnny Morrison (right), chief judge of the Third Circuit Court for the Portsmouth City Circuit Court presented her with a Certificate of Recognition, issued and signed by Don L.
