The Fairfield Presbyterian Church will be hosting an afternoon of fellowship and singing to help raise funds for the Fairfield Cemetery, with refreshments following, this Saturday, Oct. 27, at 3 p.m.
The afternoon will feature a combination of good old-fashioned congregational singing, choir selections, solo and group singing, guitars, a dulcimer, and other musical entertainment. An offering will be collected to benefit the cemetery.
Anyone who cannot attend but would like to make a contribution can make checks payable to the Fairfield Cemetery Fund and mail it to the Fairfield Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 155, Fairfield, VA 24435.
