W&L Students Remember
Washington and Lee University students place American flags on Stemmons Plaza last Tuesday in commemoration of the 23rd anniversary of the terrorist attacks on America. A flag was placed for each of the 2,977 victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, two of those being W&L alumni. Last Wednesday, a memorial service was held on the plaza.
