Editor, The News-Gazette: As there are ongoing concerns locally about solar panels, why not put solar panels over parking lots?
This would provide shade for cars and use an already concretecovered non-agricultural space for good. There are several large parking lots around: at schools, utilities, universities and public parking, to name a few.
