Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Beard of Lexington announce the engagement of their daughter, Tori Alexxis, to William Schwarzmann, son of Matthew and Joellyn Schwarzmann of Lexington.
Ms. Beard is a graduate of Roanoke College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and Liberty University with a master’s degree in school counseling. She is a school counselor at Maury River Middle School.
Mr. Schwarzmann is a graduate of Franciscan University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He is employed by SomaLogic as a bioinformatics analyst.
A summer wedding is planned.
