Anita James (left), chair of the Scholarship Committee for the Lexington Woman’s Club, presented three awards during Senior Night at Rockbridge County High School. The three recipients are (from left) Madeline “Maddie” Dahl, recipient of the Quisenberry Scholarship; Madison “Madi” Poulsen, recipient of the Lexington Woman’s Club Scholarship; and Kayla Potter, recipient of the Lackey Scholarship. Dahl will attend Berry College in Mt. Berry, Ga., where she will also play volleyball and lacrosse for the college. Poulsen will head off to Utah State University in Logan, Utah, and Potter will attend Blue Ridge Community College in Weyers Cave.
