BV Grand Jury Hands Down Indictments

A Buena Vista grand jury handed down the following felony indictments on April 1: Dylan McKenzie Burks, 23, for one count of distribution of a schedule I or II drug (methamphetamine) and one count of selling drugs on school property on Oct. 10, 2023; one count of distribution of a schedule I or II drug (methamphetamine) and one count of selling drugs on school property on Oct. 18, 2023; one count of distribution of a schedule I or II drug (methamphetamine) and one count of selling drugs on school property on Oct. 21, 2023; one count of distribution of a schedule I or II drug (methamphetamine) and one count of selling drugs on school property on Oct. 25, 2023; and one count of distribution of a schedule I or II drug (methamphetamine) and one count of selling drugs on school property on Nov. 6, 2023.
