Wednesday, Jan. 10 – Rockbridge County High School has named Danny Wheeler as its new head girls soccer coach.
Wheeler, an alternative education teacher at the high school, replaces B.J. Flack, who coached the Wildcats for the last three years before stepping down. Last spring, Flack led the Wildcats to a 5-11 record.
RC athletic director Adam Haynes announced the hire on Wednesday after Rockbridge County Public Schools approved it.
