Not Much Winter Weather

What was forecasted to be a major winter storm last Saturday turned into not much of anything, except for some freezing rain in some areas of the county, as seen in this photo by Susan Perry in Raphine. A second storm Tuesday, however, brought lots of rain and some reports of light snow.
