Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Church will offer another program of Mondays at Mt. Carmel, on Oct. 16, at 6:30 p.m.
The program will be a presentation by officers from the Rockbridge County Sheriff’s Office on how to recognize, understand, and avoid personal scams and identity theft.
