Dale E. Powell of Staunton and Audrey G. Knick of Waynesboro, formerly of Rockbridge County, have announced their engagement to be married.
Mr. Powell is employed by Allied Universal Security and is site supervisor at Shamrock Farms in Verona.
Ms. Knick is a retired nurse who worked at Western State Hospital and now is employed by the Augusta County school system.
No date has been set for the wedding.
