During Goshen’s Fall Festival on Saturday, Mayor Tom McCraw (center) and Vice Mayor Steve Bickley (second from right) presented Eddie Edwards (left) with a plaque and certificate on behalf of his daughter Amber Paulus for her work in applying for an AARP Community Challenge grant for the town. Representatives from AARP were also in attendance to congratulate the town for completing the grant, which was used for beautification projects in front of town hall.
