The sun shined its brightest beams on the Effinger community’s trunk-or-treat event this past Saturday in the parking area at Effinger Volunteer Fire Department. Seven Buffalo and Collierstown churches sponsored the event and approximately 70 children, youths and parents came out for an afternoon of games, treats and Halloween fun.
