It’s October and several activities are planned for our community. On Saturday the Natural Bridge Christian Fellowship will hold its fall festival from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the ball field in Glasgow. There will be a chili cook-off, kettle corn, hot cider, pumpkin carving, games, free haircuts and much more for the whole family.
The Glasgow Lifesaving and First Aid Crew Inc will sponsor its first “trunk or treat” at Locher Pavilion on Thursday, Oct. 29, from 5 to 8 p.m. If you wish to set up, please do so between 4 and 5 p.m. No vehicles will be allowed in the event area once it begins. Bring canned foods for a free hotdog meal. There will be a costume contest, and awards for the best decorated trunk.
On Oct. 31, Halloween Night, the Natural Bridge Christian Fellowship will host its annual “trunk or treat” in the church parking lot from 6 to 8 p.m. If you wish to set up, please be there by 4:30 p.m.
