Oct. 13, 2026 Editor, The News-Gazette: It is no secret that Donald Trump is the most greedy and corrupt U.S. president ever. He is the direct cause of vanishing affordability and increasing poverty in the U.S. He is not a Republican, as we remember the Grand Old Party. Trump is a cruel and greedy wannabe dictator. Ben Cline has voted 96% of the time supporting Trump legislation. Cline has hurt our local economy by supporting Trump’s legislative demands. Our representative, Ben Cline, has failed us all in Rockbridge County; he doesn’t deserve your vote.
