The city of Lexington is changing its plans regarding the accessibility of Lime Kiln Bridge Park during the planned construction of the bridge on Lime Kiln Road and the Jackson Avenue water, sewer and stormwater replacement projects, leaving the park partially open for some of the duration of the projects.
