The Ruckus Bluegrass Band will perform on the meadow stage at Boxerwood this Friday, Aug. 21, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Veteran members Ruth Huffman and Will Lee will be joined on guitar by multi-instrumentalist and Rockbridge native Brennan Gilmore. This year’s configuration will also feature mandolin legend Dale Reno. Admission is free for kids and current Boxerwood members and $5 per adult for nonmembers. Attendees may bring their own beverages, lawn chairs and blankets. In the event of rain, concerts will be postponed.
