The largest crowd in recent memory filled Lexington Presbyterian Church Friday morning for the funeral of Lexington Mayor Frank Friedman, as a large American flag hung outside courtesy of the Lexington Fire Department. This photo taken after the service was posted with the Lexington city manager’s weekly report that afternoon. The service, which included comments from Mayor Friedman’s children and wife, can be viewed by going to the church’s website and from there to its YouTube channel. A celebration of life followed the service at Lime Kiln.
