July 10, 2026 Editor, The News-Gazette: The tributes to Frank Friedman in last week’s News-Gazette were superb and wonderfully depicted his service to and love for our community.
However, his service to the Lord and love for his church are worthy of equal praise. Frank’s faith was extremely important to him, and he was a member of Lexington Presbyterian Church for over 25 years. He served as a ruling elder and member of various committees, including chairman of the Property Committee on three occasions.
In addition, his children were raised in, mentored, and became members of Lexington Presbyterian ... “Well done good and faithful servant.”
