The Fellowship of Christian Athletes held its Power Camp last Monday through Friday, June 8-12, at Lexington Baptist Church. This is the 11th year the camp has been held in Rockbridge County. There were 96 campers, 11 coaches and staff members and 18 huddle leaders. Activities included playing various sports, listening to music and guest speakers, and taking part in other group activities and discussions. FCA calls its Power Camp “a time of perspiration and inspiration.” In addition to becoming better athletes, campers learned how to apply their faith in sports. (Stephanie Mikels Blevins photos)
