The Raphine Volunteer Fire Company’s annual carnival gets underway tonight, June 17, and runs through Saturday.
There will be food, rides and games each evening starting at 6, with unlimited rides for one price provided by Fun Time Amusements.
Live music will be offered on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, with PRIME performing Thursday, Brian Buchanan on Friday, and Benny Dodd on Saturday.
The fireman’s parade will kick off at 6:30 on Friday night.
Barbecue chicken will be sold all day on Friday and Saturday with complete suppers beginning at 5 p.m. each day.
The fire company is also selling raffle tickets on 64 prizes to be given away on Saturday night. The tickets are $1 each or a book of 12 for $10.
