Natural Bridge/Glasgow Food Pantry, Inc. - Food Distribution Center’s president, John Pollock, gave a presentation to the Natural Bridge/ Glasgow Ruritans last month. He explained both the history and current happenings of the pantry which has served the community since 1996. The pantry is open for eligible families and individuals three Saturdays a month and the third Thursday of each month. Food comes from a variety of places in the county and donations (financial and food) are always welcome. See its Facebook page or website for more information. The pantry is planning a 30th anniversary event on July 18 from 2 to 4 p.m.
