CPR, AED Classes Offered Saturday

The Compress and Shock Foundation will be holding a day of education at Lexington Baptist Church this Saturday, June 6.

Compress and Shock teaches bystander CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and use of an AED (Automated External Defbrillator).

An hour-long free session will be offered at five different times Saturday, 9 and 10:30 a.m., noon, and 1:30 and 3 p.m.

This training is open to anyone 13 years of age or older; however, 10-12-year-olds can attend if they are accompanied by an adult.
