Glasgow Life Saving and First Aid Crew members Robert Hickman, squad captain, and Jollette Williams, squad president, meet with Natural Bridge Ruritan Club member Tim Manning to receive comfort blankets and a check from the club in early February. The blankets, made by the Ruritan women, may be distributed during emergencies for warmth or an “emotional hug” as needed. The club also recently presented comfort blankets and a check to the Glasgow Volunteer Fire Department.
