Mark England, NASA Solar System Ambassador, will present “Artemis: Mission to the Moon” at the Glasgow Library on Monday, May 11, at 6 p.m. He will talk about NASA’s Artemis program; Artemis II, the first manned space travel to the dark side of the moon. Astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Jeremy Hansen orbited the moon on the Orion spacecraft in April. England became a Solar System Ambassador in 2023. He lives in Buchanan and serves as a docent at the Belk Observatory in Bedford.
