Col. Patrick Rhamey, professor of International Studies and political science at VMI, was the forum speaker at Oxford Presbyterian church on March 15. He covered a wide range of subjects from the shifting nature of relationships from nation to nation, to how power blocks are formed. He explained how the Influences that one country uses over another are created, have endured, and are inevitably destroyed.
