The Collierstown United Methodist Charge celebrated “Holy Humor” or “Bright Sunday” at the Collierstown United Methodist Church on Sunday, April 12. This celebration is traditionally held the Sunday after Easter to glorify God and appreciate the gift of joy. The service was led by Stuart Deacon and Lewis Straub.
The United Women in Faith of the Collierstown United Methodist Charge will host the Valley Ridge District Retreat at Camp Alta Mons in Shawsville on Saturday, April 25, at 10 a.m. Members are encouraged to attend and enjoy a day of fellowship.
The Collierstown Presbyterian C&F Circle will meet on Tuesday, April 21, at 1 p.m. in the church’s fellowship hall. Judy Goodbar will lead the Bible study followed by a time of fellowship.
The Collierstown Presbyterian Women will meet on Thursday, April 23, at 6:30 p.m. in the church’s fellowship hall. All women of the church are encouraged to attend as plans for the summer and the 2026 annual church dinner will be discussed.
