The Parry McCluer High School baseball team picked up its first win of the season at home on Tuesday evening, defeating Jefferson Christian Academy 18-8 in five innings, while the PM softball team lost a hard-fought home game 13-8 against Pioneer District rival Highland County.
The PM baseball team (1-3 overall, 0-1 district) will play host to William Fleming on Friday, while the PM softball team (1-3, 0-2) will visit district rival Craig County on Thursday before playing host to Patrick Henry on Friday, with all games scheduled for 5 p.m.
