1) Zoning Text Amendment to adopt new Section 702 Accessory Dwelling Units, for the purpose of allowing and regulating detached and attached accessory dwelling units. The Public Hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers located in the Municipal Building located at 2039 Sycamore Avenue in Buena Vista during the regular City Council meeting at approximately 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 2nd 2026. CITY OF LEXINGTON Notice of Public Hearing FY 2027 Proposed Budget and Agency Funding Requests Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the Lexington City Council on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. during its regular meeting, held in the first floor meeting room of the Rockbridge County Administrative Offices, 150 South Main Street, Lexington, to solicit input on the Proposed FY 2027 budget and FY 2027 agency funding requests. City Council will take comments offered at the hearing into account.
