Daylight Savings Time begins this coming Sunday, March 8. Also this Sunday, High Bridge Presbyterian Church will collect the “Noisy Can” and 2-cents-a-meal offerings.
The Afternoon Circle meets on Tuesday, March 10, at 1 p.m. at the fellowship hall.
There will be a men’s Bible study on Wednesday, March 11, at 5:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall.
The WRE Theme Basket Bingo fundraiser will be held at the Natural Bridge Fire Department on March 14 at 4 p.m. There will be 14 themed baskets plus door prizes, 50/50, and a bake sale. Hot pizza will be available for purchase. Baked goods donations will be appreciated.
Join us for a fellowship luncheon after worship on March 22. A St. Patrick’s themed dish is suggested to share with and enjoy while visiting with friends. The Presbyterian Women’s Coordinating Team will meet after the luncheon.
Recently visiting Kathy Gilbert was son Daniel Gilbert and grandson Henry Robert Gilbert of Colorado. Also visiting Kathy was son Will Gilbert of Richmond.
Betsy Shepard, son Will, and grandson Asa Shepard recently traveled to Woodbridge to attend a birthday party for Harper Shepard, daughter of her son Matthew.
The Weekly Religious Education will meet Monday, March 9, at 6 p.m. at Beth Horon United Methodist Church. All who are interested are invited to attend. We appreciate the teachers, walkers and others who make this service possible.
The Natural Bridge/Glasgow food pantry will open promptly at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, and close at 11 a.m. Special requests for the month of March are canned spaghetti sauce and pasta. Also, we appreciate donations of empty egg cartons.
