A very special four-legged guest visited Maury River Senior Services last month in Buena Vista. Maggie, a trained service dog, stopped by to meet cafe members. While Maggie made the rounds, cafe participants learned about the important work service dogs do, how they are specially trained to assist individuals with disabilities, and the key differences between service dogs, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs.
