A geology walk will be next, on Saturday, March 14, at 10 a.m., with a rain date of March 15. Chris Connors, Washington and Lee University geology professor, will led the walk, discussing the history behind how the trail has been formed.
A wildflower walk will be held Saturday, April 11, at 10 a.m., with a rain date of April 18. The informational session will be led by Virginia Native Plant Society members Peggy Dyson-Cobb and Jan Smith.
