At Faith Baptist Church, there will be a men’s prayer breakfast on Jan. 28 at 8 a.m. and a Ladies Fellowship meeting on Feb. 2 at 10 a.m.
At St. John’s Episcopal Church, this Sunday’s Liturgy of the Word service will be led by the Rev. Deacon Linda Ricker. Many thanks to Sharon White for leading the service this past Sunday. Thanks also to Bert Buford, Courtney VanOsten and Josh Gardner for providing music for the service and to Gretchen Wilder for hosting and providing refreshments for coffee hour.
My apologies for not submitting any community news these past few weeks. Navigating life after my father’s passing has been difficult. I’d like to thank everyone that’s reached out to me and my brother over the past month. I’d also like to express my gratitude to those who donated to the memorial fund; your kindness and generosity is a truly a blessing.
