Join the women of New Monmouth Presbyterian Church for a one-day conference on Saturday, Jan. 24, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. The conference, entitled “Slow Me Down,” will take place at The Barn at Still House Creek Farm (241 Still House Drive in Lexington). The painting of the sanctuary is underway and looks wonderful! Carpeting the sanctuary will be next. Thanks to all who have supported these projects in so many ways.
We were glad to see many faces back at church after sickness and surgeries. This past Sunday we thanked the Lord for recovery and good health. We were also grateful to have family visiting. Alana Conner shared a joy that she is in her ninth year working at McDonalds. Thanks to Janeen Welsh for being the lay leader for worship. Thank you to Dianne Swink and the praise team for leading the music.
