The Local History Center of Rockbridge Regional Library System will offer a free children’s program, “Snowman Joy,” on Saturday, Jan. 24, at 11 a.m. at Glasgow Public Library.
“Snowman Joy” will feature the history of the snowman and include fun facts and crafts.
