The Council on International Educational Exchange is sponsoring a presentation by local high school exchange students at the Lexington Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, Jan. 13, at 6:30 p.m. in the Westfel Room (use Randolph Street entrance and follow signs).
The students will give a presentation about their home country, including an overview of the day-today life in their country, and include some general information about the history, geography and culture of their country. Questions from the audience members are welcome.
The students who will be presenting are Aya Nsour (from Jordan), Juan Kim (South Korea), Ruwaidah Islam (from Bangladesh) and Ida Herbst (from Germany).
All of the students will prepare a traditional dish or dessert to share with the community.
