The Rockbridge County High School Culinary Arts Program this fall upheld a cherished tradition established by former instructor Vickie Chambers, according to a RCHS Facebook post. Current instructor Corey Wallace, who once studied under Chambers, sought to share the technical skill and creativity of scratch-made gingerbread construction with his own students. The project began just before Thanksgiving break, with two of the completed pieces shown at right.
