Samuel Brent Martin, 44, of Lexington, for two counts of possession of a schedule I or II drug, one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, one count of possession of a firearm while possessing a schedule I or II drug, one count of possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and one misdemeanor count of fleeing police on Nov. 15.
Scott Edward Sale, 46, on warrants from Botetourt County for one count of forgery and one count of obtaining money under false pretenses on Nov. 14.
Donald Ray Harris Jr., 36, of Glasgow for one count of assault and battery against a family member (third or subsequent offense) on Nov. 8.
Robert Lee Clark, 62, of Natural Bridge Station, for one count of rape and one count of strangulation on Nov. 6.
Richard T. Clark, 35, of Raphine, for one count of rape (victim under 13 years old), one count of abduction, one count of sodomy (victim under 13 years old), one count of custodial sexual abuse and one count of object sexual penetration (victim under 13 years old) on Nov. 6.
