Southern Virginia University will once again be celebrating the Christmas season with several events.
The annual Christmas Forum will take place Friday, Dec. 5, at 11 a.m. in the Knight Arena. Come hear holiday messages and songs by Southern Virginia University members, choirs and orchestras.
On Sunday, Dec. 7, at 5 p.m., Southern Virginia University’s choirs will present their annual Lessons and Carols service, “The Light of the World,” at Trinity United Methodist Church in Lexington. The Advent and Christmas seasons will be celebrated through scripture, poetry and music.
The annual Christmas on the Hill will take place on Tuesday, Dec 9, at 7:30 p.m. in the Knight Arena. Featuring Southern Virginia University’s choirs and orchestras, the event will ring in the holiday season with beloved Christmas classics and songs.
