South River District Volunteer Fire Department will hold its annual Christmas Parade on Saturday, Dec. 6, at 6 p.m. The theme for this year’s parade is “Candy Cane Wonderland.”
Participants in the parade will line up at Fairfield Elementary School at 5 p.m. and the parade route will run from the school to the South River District firehouse. Hot chocolate and cookies will be served at the fire department following the parade, sponsored by the Fairfield Bank of Botetourt.
