The annual Veterans Day luncheon at Mountain View Elementary on Monday, Nov. 10 — held a day early so students could participate in the Veterans Day parade the next day — included a program of songs sung by each class (above), a medley of each branch’s official song, during which veterans were invited to stand for their branch (below), and an opportunity for each veteran, including Lloyd A.
