Oct. 23, 2025 Editor, The News Gazette: Ah … I see that Beth Hauser is once again on one of her ubiquitous rants against Donald Trump. I do give her credit for her persistent energy of nonstop and unrelenting hatred and criticism of our current president, but she must be physically and mentally exhausted from the negative energy she spews.
In her recent tirade, “Time To Stand Up To Destroyer Of Democracy,” she invokes the term fascist (or an alteration) three times, while invoking the name Hitler another three times. I would ask her how those hateful words worked out for her and the Democratic Party and liberals on November 5th. Some folks simply cannot see how ill- conceived and counterproductive their talking points are. It is a slippery slope that they apparently cannot detach themselves from.
What is unconscionable and truly evil is her comment that “Hitler had the SS, Trump has ICE.” Is she honestly suggesting that the murder of five to six million innocent Jews by the SS is somehow remotely similar to the current controversy involving ICE rounding up illegal aliens, many or most with expired visas, criminal convictions, and/ or already officially ordered to deport but have ignored the judicial orders? If so, I suggest the lady first review German history, and secondly seek some professional help for her wicked talking points and a hatred of Trump and his administration that know no limit.
