Rising In Buena Vista — Timber framers raise the frame of the new pavilion at the Buena Vista Community Garden Sunday. The timber framers had gathered at the Rockbridge County home of Grigg and Cindy Mullen in the Kerrs Creek area on Thursday, Friday and Saturday to build the structure and then transported the parts to the park on Sunday for assembling.
