Stephen Robert Lucas, 39, of Fairfield pled guilty to charges of production and distribution of child pornography earlier this month and was sentenced to 20 years in prison as part of a plea agreement.

As part of the plea agreement, one of the subsequent distribution of child pornography charges was amended to simply distribution of child pornography, and Lucas pled guilty to two counts of distribution of child pornography, one count of production of child pornography and one count of production of child pornography (second or subsequent offense). The other charges were dropped.

He also received a 15-year suspended sentence for each of the distribution of child pornography charges with will run concurrently with each other, but consecutively with the other charges.
In total, Lucas received a sentence of 50 years, of which 30 was suspended. He will be on supervised probation for five years following his release and will have to register as a sex offender and have no contact with minor children.
