The following individuals were indicted by a Buena Vista grand jury on Sept. 22: Margaret Mary Wright, 45, for one count of second- degree murder on April 23, 2024.
James Vension Richardson, 64, for one count of possession of a schedule I or II drug (methamphetamine) on May 10, 2025.
Michael Lee Clark, 59, for one count of intercourse or sodomy of a minor while serving as custodian and one count of aggravated sexual battery as a step-parent of the victim between April 1 and Sept. 15, 2024.
Remington Logan Oliver, 31, for one count of possession of a schedule I or II drug on May 2, 2025.
Kasey Smith Linberry, 35, for one count of fraudulently obtaining $1,000 or more in public assistance between March 1, 2022, and Oct. 31, 2024; five counts of making a false application for public assistance between Sept. 23, 2022, and April 29, 2024; and eight counts of failing to notify about a change in circumstances between Aug. 3, 2020, and Sept. 30, 2024.
