The Collierstown Presbyterian Women will hold a meeting of the annual church dinner’s steering committee today, Wednesday, Sept. 24, at 6:30 p.m. Plans for the dinner on Nov. 1 will be finalized. This year marks the 100th anniversary of this annual church event.
The men of the Collierstown United Methodist Church are reminded of the monthly men’s breakfast that will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27, at the church.
Homecoming Day at the Union View Advent Christian Church is set for Sunday, Sept. 28. The homecoming worship service will begin at 11 a.m. followed by a covereddish luncheon. The Announcers will be providing special music.
The Night Circle of the Collierstown Presbyterian Church will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, Oct. 2, at 7 p.m. in the church’s fellowship hall. Area women interested in participating are invited to attend in person or virtually. The Bible study will be aired on Facebook Live from the church’s Facebook page at 7 p.m.
The Collierstown United Methodist Church’s clean-up day will be held on Thursday, Oct. 9, in preparation for the 185th Homecoming Day to be held on Sunday Oct. 12, at 11 a.m.
