Rockbridge Regional Library System has introduced Polaris Vega, the new user-friendly library catalog designed to make finding books, movies and digital resources easier than ever.
To help community members get the most out of this powerful new tool, RRL Lexington will offer two hands-on training sessions on Tuesday, Sept. 30, at 2 p.m. and again at 5:30 p.m.
With a clean, modern look and simple search tools, Vega helps users:
• Quickly find what they need with smart search suggestions;
• Personalize their experience by creating reading lists and saving favorites;
• Access everything in one place including physical items, eBooks, and eAudiobooks.
• Stay connected with their account to manage checkouts, holds, reading history and renewals anytime;
• Use the catalog on their smartphone, tablet, or computer.
