Lexington residents are being invited to a town hall with Congressman Ben Cline this Thursday, Sept. 25, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Rockbridge County Courthouse.
Registration is required to attend. Constituents of Lexington can sign up at https://repbenclinetownhall. eventbrite.com/. Constituents not residing in Lexington are invited to stay tuned for an event in their locality, according to a press release from the congressman’s office.
“I look forward to having another great conversation with the citizens of Lexington next week,” Rep. Cline said. “As with my previous town halls, this event allows me to hear directly from my constituents so that I can better represent them in Washington. In the wake of the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk, it’s more important than ever to ensure that we embrace civil discourse and the free exchange of ideas.”
This event will also be livestreamed on Rep. Cline’s official Facebook page for those who are not able to attend in person. Due to courthouse policy, cell phones, smart phones, iPads, iPods, or other electronic devices are not permitted inside the venue.
