William David Dooly, 34, for one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on March 11, 2025.
Yonimer Espinoza Boza, 40, for one count of conspiracy to commit grand larceny, one count of grand larceny, one count of evading fuel tax laws and one count of opening or carrying away gas pumps on Feb. 13, 2025.
Yoheneys Crespo Acosta, 41, for one count of opening or carrying away gas pumps, one count of evading fuel tax laws and one count of conspiracy to open or carry away gas pumps on Oct. 13, 2024; one count of opening or carrying away gas pumps and one count of evading fuel tax laws on Nov. 28, 2024; and one count of grand larceny, one count of opening or carrying away gas pumps and one count of evading fuel tax laws on Feb. 8, 2025.
Reiner Diaz Capote, 45, for one count of tampering with a fuel measuring device, one count of opening or carrying away gas pumps and one count of conspiracy to open or carry away gas pumps on Oct. 3, 2024, and one count of grand larceny, one count of opening or carrying away gas pumps, and one count of tampering with a fuel measuring device on Feb. 8, 2025.
Charles Derek Mayo, 32, for one count of grand larceny of a motor vehicle on June 13, 2025; one count of statutory burglary and one count of grand larceny between Oct. 1, 2024, and Dec. 8, 2024; and one count of grand larceny of a motor vehicle on June 12, 2025.
